湖南省某三甲医院2015-2019年消化系统恶性肿瘤住院患者流行病学分析

摘　　要：目的 通过对湖南省某三甲医院收治的消化系统恶性肿瘤患者病案首页信息进行分析,为开展消化系统恶性肿瘤的防治工作提供科学依据。方法 以国际疾病分类ICD-10编码为标准,调取某院2015年1月1日-2019年12月31日首次诊断为消化系统恶性肿瘤(C15-C26)的住院病案首页信息进行回顾性分析。结果 消化系统恶性肿瘤患者男性多于女性,男女比例为2.37∶1,尤其是食管癌(4.69∶1)和肝癌(4.65∶1);发病年龄高峰主要集中在60岁~69岁,占比为36.82%;平均住院天数为15.99天。消化系统恶性肿瘤患者在性别、年龄、住院费用、日均住院费用的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 消化系统恶性肿瘤发病具有性别、年龄、部位差异,应着重关注男性、农民和老年群体,降低消化系统肿瘤的发病率,减轻疾病负担。Objectives Through analyzing the information of the first page of the medical records of patients with digestive system malignant tumor admitted to a Three A and Tertiary Hospital in Hunan Province,the scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of digestive system malignant tumor was provided.Methods Based on the international Classification of Diseases(ICD-10) code,the front page information of inpatient medical records of a hospital first diagnosed as digestive system malignant tumor(C15-C26) from January 1st,2015 to December 31st,2019 was retrospectively analyzed.Results The number of male patients with digestive system malignant tumor was more than that of female,the ratio of male to female was 2.37∶1,especially esophageal cancer(4.69∶1) and liver cancer(4.65∶1).The peak age of onset was mainly in 60 ~ 69 years old,accounting for 36.82%.The average length of stay was 15.99 days.There were statistically significant differences in gender,age,hospitalization cost and average daily hospitalization cost of patients with digestive system malignant tumor(P<0.01).Conclusions The incidence of malignant tumors of digestive system was different in gender,age and location,so attention should be paid to men,farmers and elderly groups to reduce the incidence of malignant tumors of digestive system and reduce the disease burden.
