摘　　要：目的 了解新疆某肿瘤医院恶性肿瘤住院患者的患病情况及变化趋势,为恶性肿瘤的防治提供参考依据。方法 对某院2016年1月1日-2019年12月31日恶性肿瘤住院患者的病案首页信息,通过SPSS20.0统计软件进行趋势性χ^(2)检验和独立样本t检验统计分析。结果 恶性肿瘤住院患者共43 214例,男性恶性肿瘤患者16 256例(37.62%),女性恶性肿瘤患者26 958例(62.38%);收治数量占前3位的是乳腺恶性肿瘤、甲状腺恶性肿瘤、支气管和肺恶性肿瘤发病的高峰集中在45岁及以上年龄段,且随着患者年龄的增大发病人数也随之增多。结论 恶性肿瘤住院患者的疾病构成存在性别、年龄差异。医院应根据疾病构成特点重点关注恶性肿瘤高发人群,合理利用医疗资源,不断提高对恶性肿瘤防治工作的投入力度。Objectives To understand the prevalence and change trend of inpatients with malignant tumor in a tertiary hospital in Xinjiang,and provide reference for the prevention and treatment of malignant tumor.Methods The front page information of medical records of hospitalized patients with malignant tumor from January 1st,2016 to December 31st,2019 in a hospital was analyzed by SPSS20.0 statistical software using trend χ~2 test and independent sample t test.Results A total of 43 214 patients were hospitalized with malignant tumor,including 16 256(37.62%) male patients and 26 958(62.38%) female patients.The number of patients with breast cancer,thyroid cancer,bronchial cancer and lung cancer accounted for the top three.The incidence peak of breast cancer,thyroid cancer,bronchial cancer and lung cancer was concentrated in the age group of 45 and above,and the number of patients increased with the increase of patients’ age.Conclusions There were gender and age difference in disease composition of inpatients with malignant tumor.Hospitals should focus on the population with high risk of malignant tumor according to the characteristics of disease composition,rationally utilize medical resources and continuously improve the investment in the prevention and treatment of malignant tumor.
