摘　　要：目的:探讨3M-Z350复合树脂用于活髓前牙的美容临床效果以及对其色泽协调性、敏感性的影响。方法:选取2019年6月-2021年6月笔者医院口腔科收治的80例患者(共107颗缺损前牙)为观察对象,采用随机数字表法将入选患者分为3M-Z350组(40例,患牙55颗)和普通树脂组(40例,患牙52颗)。两组均常规进行牙体预备,3M-Z350组采用3M-Z350复合树脂分层堆塑填充,普通树脂组采用3M-Z100复合树脂分层堆塑填充,比较两组临床效果、牙髓敏感发生情况、患者自觉牙体疼痛及牙周相关指标。结果:修复3个月后,3M-Z350组修复体边缘密合性高和色泽协调性好的患牙比例均显著高于普通树脂组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组修复体完整度高的患牙比例差异比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);修复1 d、1周、1个月后,3M-Z350组牙髓敏感发生率均明显低于普通树脂组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),修复3个月后两组牙髓敏感发生率差异比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组修复后牙体疼痛程度评分均呈下降趋势,修复1 d、1周、1个月后评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P<0.05),且修复1 d、1周、1个月后3M-Z350组与普通树脂组同期比较差异均无统计学意义(P<0.05);修复6个月后,3M-Z350组修复牙牙龈指数评分、菌斑指数评分及龈沟探诊深度与对颌健康牙比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),普通树脂组修复牙牙龈指数评分和菌斑指数评分均明显高于3M-Z350组和对颌健康牙,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:3M-Z350复合树脂修复活髓前牙可获得良好美容修复效果,修复体边缘密合性高不易发生微渗透,色泽协调性好,可有效降低牙髓敏感发生率,缓解牙体疼痛,对牙周组织健康更为有利,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe and explore the clinical effect of 3M-Z350 composite resin in the esthetic restoration of anterior teeth with vital pulp and its influence on color coordination and sensitivity.Methods 80 patients(107 defective anterior teeth)admitted to the hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected as observation subjects.The selected patients were divided into 3M-Z350 group(55 affected teeth,40 cases)and common resin group(52 affected teeth,40 cases)according to the random number table method.Both groups routinely performed tooth preparation,and the 3M-Z350 group was given 3M-Z350 composite resin layered stacking filling,and the common resin group adopted 3M-Z100 composite resin layered stacking filling.The clinical effect,occurrence of pulp sensitivity,conscious dental pain and periodontal related indicators were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months of restoration,the proportions of affected teeth with high marginal adaptation and good color coordination of restoration in 3M-Z350 group were significantly higher than those in common resin group(P<0.05),and there was no statistical significance in the proportion of affected teeth with high integrity of restoration between the two groups(P>0.05).After 1 d,1 w and 1 month of restoration,the incidence rate of pulp sensitivity in 3M-Z350 group was significantly lower than that in common resin group(P<0.05),and there was no statistical difference in the incidence rate of pulp sensitivity between the two groups after 3 months of restoration(P>0.05).The score of tooth pain degree after restoration in the two groups showed a decreasing trend,and the difference in the score was significant after 1 d,1 w,1 month and 3 months of restoration(P<0.05),and there was a significant difference between 3M-Z350 group and common resin group after 1 d,1 w and 1 month of restoration(P<0.05).After 6 months of restoration,there were no significant differences in gingival index score,plaque index score and gingival sulcus probing depth in 3M-Z350 group comp
