可见光固化树脂在前牙冠折再粘接修复中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨可见光固化复合树脂(Light-cured composite,LCC)在前牙冠折再粘接修复中的美学效果及对患者牙齿美观度的影响。方法:选取2014年1月-2019年1月笔者医院收治的80例前牙冠折患者,随机分为研究组(42例,采用LCC材料修复)和对照组(38例,采用玻璃离子水门汀材料修复)。对比两组患者修复前与修复后1个月焦虑(Hamilton anxiety scale,HAMA)、抑郁(Hamilton depression scale,HAMD)评分,修复后12个月红/白美学指数(PES、WES)及修复后24个月的并发症。结果:修复前,研究组HAMD、HAMA评分[(32.14±4.39)分、(22.16±4.29)分]与对照组[(32.83±4.11)分、(21.58±4.15)分]对比,差异无统计学意义(t=0.382、0.721,P>0.05);修复后1个月,研究组HAMD、HAMA评分[(18.59±2.61)分、(7.53±1.69)分]低于对照组[(25.27±3.59)分、(15.49±2.18)分],差异有统计学意义(t=11.162、14.173,P<0.05);修复后12个月,研究组PES、WES各项得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);修复后12个月、24个月研究组总并发症率4.76%、9.52%均低于对照组21.05%、34.21%,差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.841、5.865,P<0.05)。结论:采用LCC材料对前牙冠折患者患牙进行再粘接修复的应用效果良好,可有效减轻患者抑郁与焦虑情绪,提高修复后牙齿美观度并降低并发症发生率。Objective To investigate the aesthetic eff ect of visible light cured composite resin(LCC)in the restoration of anterior crown fracture and its infl uence on the aesthetic degree of patients.Methods 80 patients with crown fracture of anterior teeth in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2019 were randomly divided into study group(42 cases,repaired with LCC material)and control group(38 cases,repaired with glass ionomer cement).HAMA and HAMD scores before and 1 month after repair,PES and Wes scores 12 months after repair,and complications 24 months after repair were compared between the two groups.Results The HAMD and HAMA scores of the study group before repair were(32.14±4.39)points,(22.16±4.29)points and control group(32.83±4.11)points,(21.58±4.15)points.There was no signifi cant diff erence between the two groups(t=0.382,0.721,P>0.05).(18.59±2.61)points,(7.53±1.69)points was lower than that of the control group(25.27±3.59)points,(15.49±2.18)points.The difference was statistically significant(t=11.162,14.173,P<0.05);12 months after repair,the PES and WES scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05);12 months and 24 months after repair,the total complication rates of the study group were 4.76%and 9.52%,which were lower than 21.05%and 34.21%of the control group(χ^(2)=4.841 and 5.865,P<0.05).Conclusion LCC is eff ective in the application of the reconnection and repair of the teeth in patients with anterior crown fracture,which can eff ectively reduce the depression and anxiety of the patients,improve the aesthetic degree of the teeth after the restoration and reduce the incidence of complications.
