摘 要:目的:探究种植修复改良粘接技术对种植体临床效果以及周围组织健康的研究。方法:本研究纳入2018年11月-2020年1月就诊于笔者科室的122例牙列缺损患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将所纳入的患者分为常规修复组(n=61)和改良修复组(n=61),分别采用直接粘接、改良粘接技术处理,随访1年,最后比较两组患者的临床效果以及对种植体周围组织的影响。结果:治疗后,常规修复组和改良修复组的牙龈指数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而改良修复组近远数中骨吸收量均低于常规修复组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);改良修复组的菌斑指数整体等级和出血指数整体等级显著高于常规修复组,改良修复组的语言功能、咀嚼功能、舒适度、美观度得分均显著高于常规修复组,而不良反应发生率显著低于常规修复组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:种植修复改良粘接技术能够改善种植体临床效果,维持其周围组织健康,可临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of implant repair and improved bonding technique on the health of peri-implant tissues.Methods In present study,122 patients with dentition defects admitted to our hospital from November 2018 to January 2020 were recruited.The recruited subjects were randomly divided into two groups,conventional repair group (n=61) and the modified repair group (n=61),which were treated by direct bonding and modified bonding techniques,respectively.The clinical effect and the influence on peri-implant tissues were analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in gingival index between the conventional repair group and the modified repair group(P>0.05),but the bone absorption in the modified repair group was lower than that in the conventional repair group (P<0.05).The overall grade of plaque index and bleeding index in modified repair group were significantly higher than those in conventional repair group (P<0.05).The scores of speech function,chewing function,comfort and aesthetics in modified repair group were significantly higher than those in conventional repair group (P<0.05),while the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that in conventional repair group (P<0.05).Conclusion Our study find that the improved bonding technique could improve the clinical outcome of implants and maintain the health of surrounding tissues,It can be applied in clinic.
