摘  要:研究短道速滑项目专项速度耐力的特征,为备战北京冬奥会短道速滑运动员提供冰上耐力训练解决方案与训练监控手段。短道速滑项目的专项耐力训练应遵循专项性、周期性和系统性的训练原则,针对技术结构及能量供应方式,提出高强度间歇训练、变换距离(速度)间歇训练、重复训练等手段,配合血红蛋白(HB)、血尿素(BUN)、磷酸肌酸激酶(CK)、血乳酸(BLA)等可以反映训练负荷的生化监控指标的多维训练控制模式,保障我国短道速滑项目在北京冬奥会上摘金夺银。This paper conducted research on the traits of velocity and stamina in the special event of short track speed skating,and provides possible solutions and surveillance measures of stamina training on ice for short track athletes preparing for the Beijing Olympic Winter Games.Special stamina training of short track speed skating should follow the exercise principle of specialty,periodicity and system.Intensive and intermittent training method,distance(speed)-changing and intermittent method and repeating method have been raised aiming at technological structure and energy supply manners.These guarantee Chinese short track speed skating athletes to win golds and take silvers at the Beijing Olympic Winter Games with the help of multidimensional training control mode like hemoglobin(HB),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),creatine phosphate kinase(CK)and blood lactic acid(BLA)which reflex training load of the biochemical monitoring index.
