摘 要:为明确横隔板加劲肋对正交异性钢桥面板疲劳细节受力的影响,建立钢桥面板节段有限元模型,考虑不同车辆荷载作用位置,分析是否设置加劲肋对横隔板变形的影响,基于最不利车辆荷载工况,对比研究设加劲肋模型和无加劲肋模型的弧形缺口与横隔板-U肋焊缝细节的应力和面内外变形特征.结果表明:加劲肋显著增加了横隔板的面外变形,导致弧形缺口和横隔板焊趾细节的面外变形大幅增加,促进疲劳裂纹的萌生与扩展;设加劲肋侧的横隔板焊趾主拉应力与另一侧焊趾主压应力显著增加,疲劳开裂风险上升.In order to clarify the influence of diaphragm stiffeners on fatigue details of orthotropic steel bridge deck,a segmental finite element model of steel bridge deck was established.Considering different positions of vehicle loads,the influence of setting stiffeners on the deformation of diaphragm was analyzed.Based on the most unfavorable vehicle load conditions,the stress and in-plane deformation characteristics of arc notch and diaphragm-U-rib weld details with and without stiffeners were compared.The results show that the stiffening rib significantly increases the out-of-plane deformation of diaphragm,which leads to the out-of-plane deformation of arc notch and weld toe details of diaphragm,and promotes the initiation and propagation of fatigue crack.The main tensile stress of welding toe of diaphragm on the side of stiffener and the main compressive stress of welding toe on the other side increase significantly,and the risk of fatigue cracking increases.
