摘 要:槽体温度(槽温)是水电解槽运行的核心参数之一。本文针对水电解槽槽温过高问题,分析了影响槽温的因素,探讨了槽温的控制方法。最后,发现控制槽温的最先选择办法是调整碱液设定温度,其次是调整碱液流量和冷却水温度。这些方法无法控制槽温时,可降低电解电流,再检查和解决设备故障问题。Tank temperature(tank temperature)is one of the core parameters of hydropower tank removal operation.Aiming at the problem of high temperature of water electrolytic cell,this paper analyzes the factors affecting the cell temperature and discusses the control method of cell temperature.Finally,it is found that the first choice to control the tank temperature is to adjust the set temperature of alkali liquor,followed by adjusting the alkali liquor flow and cooling water temperature.When the cell temperature cannot be controlled by these methods,the electrolytic current can be reduced,and then the equipment fault can be checked and solved.
