摘  要:以黄河三角洲重盐碱地原油污染区健康生长的盐生植物芦苇、稗草、盐地碱蓬为材料,采用芘为碳源,分离筛选具有芘降解功能的植物内生细菌,并研究其促进植物生长的特性。结果表明,筛选得到7株植物内生细菌具有溶解有机磷能力,7株菌7d对多环芳烃芘的降解率为59%~78%,其中菌株LDD3的降解效果较为显著,降解率达到78%。经分子鉴定,菌株LDD3为施氏假单胞菌,在WB培养基和芘培养基中对数生长期分别为4~16h、24h~48h,最适生长盐度范围为1%~3%。Using the healthy halophytes Phragmites australis,Echinochloa crusgalli and Suaeda salsa growing in the heavy saline alkali soil oil polluted area of the Yellow River Delta as materials and pyrene as carbon source,the plant endophytic bacteria with pyrene degradation function were isolated and screened,and their plant growth pro⁃moting characteristics were studied.The results showed that the seven strains of plant endophytic bacteria had the ability to dissolve organic phosphorus.The degradation rate of polycyclic aromatic pyrene was 59%~78%in 7 days,and the degradation rate of strain LDD3 was 78%.By molecular identification,strain LDD3 was Pseudomonas sch⁃neider.The logarithmic growth periods of LDD3 in WB medium and pyrene medium were 4~16h and 24h~48h re⁃spectively.The optimum growth salinity range of strain LDD3 is 1%~3%.
