摘  要:本试验采用添加碳酸钙的MRS培养基作为筛选培养基,从乌鸡肠道中筛选乳酸菌,并对分离到的菌种进行16S rDNA基因序列鉴定以及益生性能研究,测定其生长速率、产酸能力、耐酸和耐胆盐性能、抑菌能力及抗生素敏感性。试验结果表明:分离到的溶钙圈较好的菌株N为乳酸菌,分离菌株N产酸能力强,达到对数期的时间短,在低pH、高胆盐浓度时,仍具有较好生长活性。The purpose of this paper was to screen lactic acid bacteria suitable for probiotics from the intestines of black chickens,use MRS medium added with calcium carbonate as the screening medium,identify the 16S rDNA gene sequence and study the probiotic ability of the isolated strains,and determine their growth rate,acid production ability,acid and bile salt resistance,antibacterial ability and antibiotic sensitivity. The results showed that the isolated strain N with good calcium dissolving circle was Lactobacillus.The isolated strain N had strong acid production ability and short time to reach logarithmic phase. It still had good growth activity at low pH and high bile salt concentration.
