摘 要:针对现有4G网络难以满足配电网业务,而5G通信在配网应用中经济性尚不明确的问题,提出一种基于粒子群优化与K-means聚类的配网通信改造经济性评价方法。建立5G与现有4G通信方式在配网中的基站规划模型,利用自适应粒子群算法与K-means聚类算法,对2种通信方式下的基站安装进行优化;建立改造成本模型,计算5G改造与现有4G通信下的建设成本;建立通信改造经济性评价模型,利用粒子群算法进行优化求解,进而利用求解出的结果评估2种通信在配电网改造中的经济性。Considering that it is difficult to meet the business requirement of the distribution network with the existing 4G network and the economy of 5G communication application in the network is still unclear,this paper proposes an economic evaluation method based on particle swarm optimization and K-means clustering for communication transformation of distribution network.First,it establishes a base station planning model for 5G and existing 4G communication methods,and uses adaptive particle swarm algorithm and K-means clustering algorithm to optimize the base stations installation for two communication modes.Secondly,it constructs a transformation cost model to calculate the cost of 5G and 4G transformation.Finally,it establishes the economic evaluation model of communication transformation,and adopts the particle swarm algorithm to optimize,and furthermore uses the solved results to evaluate the economics of the two kinds of communications in the distribution network transformation.In order to verify effectiveness of the method in this paper,the paper adopted the IEEE-34 node system as an example,and the result suggests that the 5G transformation economics is better than existing 4G in distribution networks.
