摘  要:开发了一种基于对苯二甲酸功能化石墨烯量子点的“Turn-on”型荧光探针,用于选择性检测Fe^(2+)。以氧化石墨烯为碳源,对苯二甲酸为修饰基团,氢氧化钾为切割剂、过氧化氢为辅助切割剂,采用一步水热法制备得到对苯二甲酸功能化石墨烯量子点(TPA@GQDs)。采用多种表征手段研究了TPA@GQDs的结构与组成,深入探索了TPA@GQDs的光学性质及其作为荧光探针的可行性。基于Fe^(2+)的推电子作用引发TPA@GQDs荧光增强,构建了“Turn-on”型荧光探针用于Fe^(2+)的灵敏检测,Fe^(2+)浓度在0.33~20μmol/L和20~60μmol/L两段范围内分别与F/F_(0)具有良好的线性关系,线性方程分别为F/F_(0)=0.0638C+1.1385(R^(2)=0.9974)和F/F_(0)=0.0244C+1.9215(R^(2)=0.9989),检出限为0.33μmol/L(3σ)。此荧光检测体系具有良好的选择性,Fe^(3+)对检测基本无影响。将此探针应用于地下水中Fe^(2+)的测定,回收率为98.5%~102.0%,表明此荧光探针在水质监测中具有广阔的应用前景。A“turn-on”fluorescence probe was developed based on terephthalic acid functionalized graphene quantum dots(TPA@GQDs)for highly selective detection of Fe^(2+).The TPA@GQDs were prepared by a one-step hydrothermal method using GO as carbon source and terephthalic acid as modifying group,where potassium hydroxide served as the cutting agent and hydrogen peroxide as the auxiliary cutting agent.The structure and component of TPA@GQDs were studied by a variety of characterization methods,and the optical properties and feasibility of TPA@GQDs as a fluorescent probe were further explored.Based on the electron-donating function of Fe^(2+) to induce the fluorescence enhancement of TPA@GQDs,a“turn-on”fluorescent probe was constructed for sensitive detection of Fe^(2+).The linear ranges were from 0.33 to 20μmol/L and 20 to 60μmol/L,with the limit of detection(3σ)of 0.33μmol/L,and the corresponding linear equations were F/F_(0)=0.0638 C+1.1385(R^(2)=0.9974)and F/F_(0)=0.0244 C+1.9215(R^(2)=0.9989),respectively.Moreover,this system demonstrated good selectivity toward Fe^(2+),and Fe^(3+) had no effect on the detection of Fe^(2+).Finally,the proposed probe was applied to accurate determination of Fe^(2+) in underground water with recoveries of 98.5%-102.0%,showing broad application prospects in water quality monitoring.
