摘 要:以聚碳酸酯树脂(PC)为基材,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)为填料,乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯共聚物(EMA)为增韧剂,含氢硅油(H212)为交联剂,通过熔融共混法制备了不同比例的PC/PET食品级抗开裂复合材料。利用TG,DSC,电子万能试验机和冲击试验机对所制备的PC/PET复合材料进行了表征与测试。结果表明:当PET质量分数为20%时,PC/PET具有最好的相容性,同时热稳定性最好;PC/PET复合材料的断裂伸长率和冲击强度先增大后减小,当PET的质量分数为20%,断裂伸长率和冲击强度较纯PC分别提高了12.8%和17.5%,材料具有最好的韧性。实验表明PC与PET的配比为8∶2时可获得最优的材料性能。Different proportions of PC/PET food-grade anti-cracking composites were prepared by melt blending method using polycarbonate resin(PC)as base material,polyethylene terephthalate(PET)as filler,ethylene-methyl acrylate copolymer(EMA)as toughening agent,and hydrogen silicone oil(H212)as crosslinking agent.The prepared PC/PET composites were characterized and tested by TG,DSC,electronic universal testing machine and impact testing machine.The results show that PC/PET has the best compatibility and the best thermal stability when the PET content is 20%.The elongation at break and impact strength of PC/PET composites first increased and then decreased.The material had the best toughness when the mass fraction of PET was 20%(the elongation at break increases by 12.8%and impact strength increases by 17.5%compared to pure PC respectively).Experiments show that the optimal material properties can be obtained when the ratio of PC to PE is 8∶2.
