摘  要:研究并建立了同步实现定性定量分析淀粉基塑料的固体核磁共振法(SSNMR)。首先,通过对样品^(13)C SSNMR谱图采集及信号归属,实现快速定性分析;在成分确定后,配置相同成分、不同淀粉含量的标准混合样品,建立基于积分面积比与淀粉含量的外标定量法的标准曲线。利用该方法,建立了淀粉-聚乙烯(PE)的标准曲线,结果表明,淀粉质量分数在15%~75%时,淀粉-PE积分面积比与淀粉质量分数之间线性关系良好,相关系数R^(2)为0.992;四批实际样品的测试结果与厂家投料比相对误差均在15%以内。为淀粉基塑料成分分析、定量分析提供了一种新的快速测试方法。A solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance(SSNMR)method for determination of components and starch content in starch-based plastics was studied and established.Firstly,the qualitative analysis was quickly realized of the samples by ^(13)C SSNMR spectrum acquisition and signal assignment.Standard mixed samples with the same composition and different starch contents were prepared after qualitative analysis,and the standard curve of integral area ratio and starch content was established.The standard curve of starch-polyethylene(PE)was established.The results indicate that good linear relationships(R^(2)=0.992)of starch-polyethylene(PE)integral area ratio and starch content are achieved when the starch content is between 15%and 75%.The relative error is less than 15%between the test results and the feeding ratio for four actual samples.The results demonstrate that the method is suitable for rapid determination of components and starch content in starch-based plastic.
