摘　　要：由于英语自动翻译过程受到大量歧义词的干扰,导致翻译的准确率较低。为此,设计了一种基于互联网数据的公共英语自动翻译系统。硬件部分选用分电板作为处理核心,设计互联网数据控制器,采用参数为8b/10b的翻译解码器,实现自动翻译过程。软件部分识别歧义词,搭建歧义词匹配函数,自动匹配歧义词最佳含义,形成英语翻译规则。设计支持翻译工作的基础网络,完成对英语自动翻译系统的设计。实验结果表明:该系统识别歧义词数量最多为970个,翻译正确率基本保持在95%以上。Due to the interference of a large number of ambiguous words in the process of English automatic translation,the accuracy of translation is low.Therefore,a public English automatic translation system based on internet data is designed.In the hardware part,a distribution board is selected as the processing core,an internet data controller is designed,and a translation decoder with parameters of 8b/10b is adopted to realize the automatic translation process.The software part identifies ambiguous words,builds an ambiguous word matching function,automatically matches the best meaning of ambiguous words,all of which form an English translation rule.A basic network supporting translation work is designed,and finally the design of English automatic translation system is finished.The experiment results show that the maximum number of ambiguous words recognized by the system is 970,and the translation accuracy is above 95%.
