摘　　要：目的探讨Beclin-1、Bax及周期蛋白依赖性激酶4(CDK4)蛋白在子宫内膜癌(EC)中的表达及其临床意义。方法选取高州市人民医院2019年1月至2021年6月收治的42例EC患者作为观察组,选取同期高州市人民医院58例子宫肌瘤患者作为对照组,两组患者均进行子宫切除术,获取两组病灶组织标本,采用Western blot法检测并比较两组患者病灶组织Beclin-1、Bax、CDK4蛋白相对表达量,分析Beclin-1、Bax、CDK4在不同病理特征EC患者中表达的差异情况。结果观察组的CDK4表达水平高于对照组,观察组的Bax及Beclin-1水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。低、未分化程度、FIGO分期Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、有淋巴结转移、肌层浸润≥1/2患者的CDK4表达水平高于中、高分化程度、FIGO分期Ⅰ~Ⅱ期、无淋巴结转移、肌层浸润<1/2的患者,低、未分化程度、FIGO分期Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、有淋巴结转移、肌层浸润≥1/2患者中Beclin-1及Bax表达水平低于中、高分化程度、FIGO分期Ⅰ~Ⅱ期、无淋巴结转移、肌层浸润<1/2的患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论EC患者病灶组织的Beclin-1、Bax及CDK4与子宫肌瘤患者存在明显差异,Beclin-1、Bax及CDK4可作为评估EC患者预后的指标。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of Beclin-1,Bax and cyclin-dependent kinases(CDK4)proteins in endometrial carcinoma(EC).Methods A total of 42 EC patients admitted to Gaozhou People’s Hospital from January 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the observation group,and 58 patients admitted to Gaozhou People’s Hospital with uterine fibroids in the same period were selected as the control group.Hysterectomy was performed in both groups,and lesion tissue samples of the two groups were obtained.Western blot was used to detect and compare the relative protein expression levels of Beclin-1,Bax and CDK4 in the lesion tissues of the two groups,and the differences in the expressions of Beclin-1,Bax and CDK4 in EC patients with different pathological features were analyzed.Results The expression level of CDK4 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the levels of Bax and Beclin-1 in the observation group were lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The expression level of CDK4 was higher in patients with low,undifferentiated,FIGO stageⅢ-Ⅳperiod,lymph node metastases,muscular layer infiltration was≥1/2 than in patients with middle and high differentiation,FIGO stageⅠ-Ⅱperiod,no lymph node metastases,muscular layer infiltration was<1/2.The expression level of Beclin-1 and Bax were lower in patients with low,undifferentiated,FIGO stageⅢ-Ⅳperiod,lymph node metastases,muscular layer infiltration was≥1/2 than in patients with middle and high differentiation,FIGO stageⅠ-Ⅱperiod,no lymph node metastases,muscular layer infiltration was<1/2,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Beclin-1,Bax and CDK4 in EC patients are significantly different from those in patients with uterine fibroids.Beclin-1,Bax and CDK4 can be used as indicators to evaluate the prognosis of EC patients.
