摘　　要：知识经济时代,企业纷纷构建创新生态系统以吸纳互补性知识资源。然而,如何开展创新合作才能实现高水平知识转移绩效是创新生态系统研究面临的重要问题。本文基于开放式创新理论,基于268家高技术企业调研数据,运用模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)方法,从组态视角探索创新生态系统合作模式与知识转移绩效的关系。研究结果表明,不存在实现高水平知识转移绩效的必要条件。高水平知识转移绩效是多种合作模式共同作用而形成的等效结果;存在3种实现高水平知识转移绩效的组态,分别为政产融驱动型、政用产学研驱动型与产学研用融驱动型,3种组态间存在重叠和替代关系,存在一种实现非高水平知识转移绩效的组态。研究结果从因果非对称性角度推动知识管理研究由单维视角逐渐转向多维整体视角,为企业选择创新生态系统合作模式以实现高水平知识转移绩效提供理论参考。In the era of knowledge economy,enterprises construct innovation ecosystem to absorb complementary knowledge resources.However,how to carry out innovation cooperation to achieve high-level knowledge transfer performance is an important issue for innovation ecosystem research.Based on the open innovation theory and the survey data of 268 high-tech enterprises,it used fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA)to explore the relationship between cooperation mode and knowledge transfer performance in innovation ecosystem from the perspective of configuration.The results show that there is no necessary condition to achieve high-level knowledge transfer performance.High level knowledge transfer performance is the equivalent result of multiple cooperation modes.There are three configurations to achieve high-level knowledge transfer performance,namely,government-industry-finance driven,government-user-industry-university-research driven,and industry-university-research-user-finance driven.There are overlapping and substitution relations among the three configurations,and there is a configuration for achieving non-high level knowledge transfer performance.From the perspective of causal asymmetry,the results promote the research of knowledge management from a one-dimensional perspective to a multidimensional holistic perspective,and provide a theoretical reference for enterprises to choose the innovation ecosystem cooperation mode to achieve high-level knowledge transfer performance.
