消化内镜治疗急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血的效果研究

摘　　要：目的 研究消化内镜治疗急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血的临床效果。方法 92例急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血患者,应用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各46例。对照组患者采用常规治疗方案,观察组患者采用消化内镜治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、症状消失时间、住院时间、复发情况、休克及死亡发生情况。结果 观察组患者总有效率97.83%显著高于对照组的84.78%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者止血时间、肠鸣音恢复时间以及住院时间均显著短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者休克发生率6.52%及死亡发生率0均显著低于对照组的21.74%、8.70%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者复发率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 消化内镜治疗急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血的临床疗效良好,止血效果快,复发率低、安全可靠,值得推广。Objective To study the clinical effect of digestive endoscopy in the treatment of acute non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods A total of 92 patients with acute non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding were divided into control group and observation group by random numerical table,with 46 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional treatment,and patients in the observation group were treated with digestive endoscopy.The clinical efficacy,symptom disappearance time,hospitalization time,recurrence,occurrence of shock and death were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 97.83%,which was significantly higher than 84.78%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hemostasis time,bowel sound recovery time and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of shock in the observation group was 6.52%and the incidence of death was 0,which were significantly lower than 21.74%and 8.70%in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Digestive endoscopy has good clinical effect in the treatment of acute non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding,with fast hemostatic effect and low recurrence rate.It is safe and reliable,and is worthy of promotion.
