摘  要:基于2019年1月至2021年1月期间川黔(重庆—贵阳)铁路K022—K416区段4次钢轨磨耗测量数据,统计分析了钢轨垂直磨耗和侧面磨耗演变规律,研究了曲线半径和未平衡超高对外轨侧磨的影响。结果表明:测量周期内,直线段钢轨垂直磨耗增长缓慢,侧面磨耗基本不发展或增长缓慢;部分曲线区段侧面磨耗呈现初期基本不变、后期快速增长的趋势;对于曲线区段,外轨侧面磨耗随曲线半径的增大而减小,曲线半径超过600 m后侧面磨耗较小,几乎不超过3 mm;曲线半径不大于600 m时,0~20 mm欠超高曲线外轨侧面磨耗较小,而过超高和较大欠超高的曲线外轨侧面磨耗较大。Based on the four times of rail wear measurement data of K022—K416 section of Chongqing-Guiyang railway from January 2019 to January 2021,the evolution of rail vertical wear and side wear was statistically analyzed,and the influence of curve radius and unbalanced superelevation on external rail side wear was studied.The results show that during the measurement period,the vertical wear of the straight-line rail increases slowly,and the side wear basically does not develop or increases slowly.The side wear of some curve sections shows a basically unchanged trend at the initial stage and rapid growth at the later stage.For the curve section,the side wear of outer rail decreases with the increase of curve radius.The side wear is small when the curve radius exceeds 600 m and is almost not more than 3 mm.When the curve radius is less than or equal to 600 m,the side wear of 0~20 mm under-superelevation curve outer rail is small,while the side wear of over superelevation and large under-superelevation curve outer rail is large.
