摘　　要：基于人脸信息的特殊性与人脸识别技术的独特性,应明确各方在人脸识别技术应用过程中的注意标准,结合当下特殊环境明晰相应的制度规范和应用界限,以人工智能基本原则为指导,并以恪守“门面”责任和严格“守门人”职责等措施予以严格规范,在保障公众个人合法权益的同时,不损害公共利益,亦不阻碍人脸识别技术应用发展的动力。Based on the particularity of face information and the uniqueness of face recognition technology, the attention standards of all parties in the application of face recognition technology should be clarified, the corresponding system norms and application boundaries should be clarified in combination with the current special environment, guided by the basic principles of artificial intelligence, and strictly regulated by measures such as abiding by the “Facade” responsibility and strict “gatekeeper” responsibility, while protecting the legitimate rights and interests of the public, it does not harm the public interest, nor hinders the driving force for the application and development of face recognition technology.
