菌斑显示在自体牙移植患者口腔卫生维护中的作用

摘　　要：目的评价口腔卫生宣教方法在自体牙移植术患者口腔卫生维护中的作用,以提高口腔卫生状况,减少炎症,提高自体牙移植术成功率。方法选取2018年9月至2020年11月于郑州市口腔医院颌面外科行自体牙移植术的59例患者。随机分为观察组与对照组,分别进行不同形式的口腔卫生宣教,并记录移植牙在基线、术后4周、术后3个月和术后6个月时的菌斑指数(plaque index,PLI)、龈沟出血指数(sulcus bleeding index,SBI)及术后6个月的松动度和全口各时段探诊出血(bleeding on probing,BOP)阳性率。结果观察组术后各时间点PLI、SBI和BOP%明显好于术前基线水平,对照组术后6个月时的PLI、SBI和BOP%与术前基线水平相比无明显差异;术后6个月时两组松动度都有改善,观察组显著好于对照组;术后6个月时观察组和对照组存留率分别为96.67%和96.55%,差异无统计学意义。结论菌斑显示辅助的口腔卫生宣教对牙根发育完全的自体牙移植术患者的口腔卫生维护和牙龈炎症控制具有重要作用,应贯穿在整个治疗过程中。Objective To evaluate the role of oral health education methods in the maintenance of oral health in patients with autologous tooth transplantation,so as to improve the oral health status,reduce inflammation and improve the success rate of autologous tooth transplantation.Methods 59 patients who underwent autologous tooth transplantation in the maxillofacial surgery of Zhengzhou stomatological hospital from September 2018 to November 2020 were selected.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Different forms of oral health education were carried out respectively,and the plaque index(PLI),sulcus bleeding index(SBI),mobility at 6 months after operation and the positive rate of bleeding on probing(BOP)were recorded at baseline,4 weeks,3 months and 6 months after operation.Results The PLI,SBI and BOP%of the observation group were significantly better than the preoperative baseline level at each time point after operation,and there was no significant difference between the PLI,SBI and BOP%of the control group at 6 months after operation and the preoperative baseline level.At 6 months after operation,the mobility of the two groups was improved,and the observation group was significantly better than the control group.At 6 months after operation,the survival rates of the observation group and the control group were 96.67%and 96.55%,respectively.Conclusion Oral hygiene education assisted by plaque display plays an important role in oral hygiene maintenance and gingivitis control of patients undergoing autologous tooth transplantation with complete root development,which should run through the whole treatment process.
