摘 要:为更加客观科学评价高铁客运枢纽的离站换乘衔接水平,参考专家意见、乘客意见以及以往研究成果,从换乘的效率、服务换乘设施、系统的顺畅性、综合效用和服务环境5个方面出发,建立包含20个具体指标的综合评价指标体系。通过引入区间层次分析法确定专家权重和改进熵权法确定基于乘客体验的客观权重,将两者结合,让权重更具有代表性。同时,结合Vague集理论建立高铁客运枢纽离站换乘衔接的改进模糊综合评价模型。最后,以长沙南站为实例,综合评价等级为良,该模型的赋权方法较好保留了乘客的客观意见,较大程度解决了专家决策的不确定性。该方法和模型能较好反映高铁客运枢纽离站换乘现状,有较好的可行性和实用性。In order to more objectively and scientifically evaluate the transfer connection level of high-speed rail passenger transport hub,referring to experts'opinions,passengers'opinions and previous research results,a comprehensive evaluation index system including 20 specific indicators was established from five aspects of transfer efficiency,service transfer facilities,system smoothness,comprehensive utility and service environment.Through the introduction of interval analytic hierarchy process(IAHP)to determine the expert weight and improved entropy weight method to determine the objective weight based on passenger experience,the two methods were combined to make the weight more representative.At the same time,combined with vague set theory,the improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of high-speed railway passenger terminal departure transfer connection was established.Finally,taking Changshanan Railway Station as an example,the comprehensive evaluation grade was good.The weighting method of the model well retained the objective opinions of passengers and solved the uncertainty of expert decision-making to a large extent.The method and model can better reflect the transfer status of high-speed railway passenger terminal,and have good feasibility and practicability.
