摘  要:大规模定制是一种新的生产制造方式,在某种程度上企业牺牲经济效益来快速持续地为客户提供多样化、定制化的产品。维持和保证大规模定制生产稳定以及产品质量是企业面临的难题之一。技术的发展对于大规模定制模式的质量管理日益重要,新的技术方法对于保证产品质量与降低成本起着至关重要的作用。抽样特性分析能够判断抽样检验方案优劣及监督与保证产品质量,是重要的质量管理技术。现阶段质量检验标准体系中,缺少能够定量评价抽样特性曲线的指标。本文提出最小到边距评价标准,并用MATLAB进行仿真实验。仿真结果表明,基于最小到边距的抽样特性评价方法是有效可靠的,且最小到边距评价标准具有低成本、快速计算的特点,更符合大规模定制模式制造的要求。Mass customization is a new manufacturing method.To a certain extent,companies sacrifice economic benefits to quickly and continuously provide customers with diverse and customized products.Maintaining and guaranteeing the stability of mass customization production and product quality is one of the difficulties faced by enterprises.The development of technology is increasingly important for the quality management of mass customization mode,and new technical methods play a vital role in ensuring product quality and reducing costs.Sampling characteristic analysis is an important quality management technique which can judge the quality of sampling inspection scheme and supervise and guarantee product quality.In the current quality inspection standard system,there is a lack of indicators that can quantitatively evaluate the sampling characteristic curve.This paper put forward the smallest arrival distance of sides(SADS)evaluation standard,and carried on the simulation experiment with MATLAB simulation software.The simulation results show that the sampling characteristic evaluation method based on the SADS is effective and reliable,and the SADS evaluation standard has the characteristics of low cost and fast calculation,which is more in line with the requirements of mass customization mode manufacturing.
