摘  要:中国学界的韩国高等教育政策研究始于20世纪末,研究主题包括管理政策、经费政策、质量政策、政策评估等方面,着重关注了韩国私立高等教育的管理政策和经费政策,以及以国际化和改革为代表的韩国高等教育质量政策。这些研究通过广泛介绍韩国相关政策内容,为我国相关领域教育政策的制定提供了参考和借鉴。后续研究应继续立足于我国高等教育发展的建设目标,充分把握我国国情和相关领域发展现状,依托公共政策和比较教育等理论,加强高等教育政策评估程序、过程、方法方面的研究,以及高校领导体制政策、国立公立高等教育经费政策、高等教育改革、科技信息化、特色化、大众化普及化等方面的研究。The research on ROK’s higher education policy in Chinese academic circles began at the end of the 20 th century.The research topics include management policy,funding policy,quality policy and policy evaluation.It focuses on the management policy and funding policy of ROK’s private higher education,as well as the quality policy of ROK’s higher education represented by internationalization and reform.These studies provide a reference for the formulation of education policies in relevant fields in China by widely introducing the relevant policies in ROK.By analyzing the existing research,it is found that the follow-up research should continue to be based on the construction objectives of China’s higher education development,fully grasp China’s conditions and the development status of relevant fields,and rely on the theories of public policy and comparative education to strengthen the research on university governance and private education,university leadership system policy,national public higher education funding policy;research on higher education reform,science and technology informatization,characteristics,popularization;and higher education policy evaluation procedures,processes and methods.
