摘 要:工资制度改革是新时代推进共同富裕的重要组成。本研究采用行为实验方法,选取企业劳动生产率作为外部变化条件,以雇主支付的工资水平和雇员反馈的努力程度为结果变量,探讨了与企业劳动生产率挂钩的工资制度对职工收入、企业利润和社会效率的影响。实验结果表明:当假定劳动力再生产成本不变且社会主义公有制有效克服了普遍失业时,企业劳动生产率提升所带来的社会潜在产出增加会创造出雇主与雇员更为宽阔的互惠空间,伴随着企业劳动生产率提升雇主如能随之提升工资将会得到雇员努力程度提升的正向反馈,形成两者之间良性的相互激励,社会产出、企业利润和雇员工资由此同步提升。基于本研究的实证结论,我们认为,提倡乃至建立工资与企业劳动生产率挂钩的工资制度对于推进我国当前经济发展和共同富裕目标实现具有重要意义。The reform of the wage system is an important component of promoting common prosperity in the New Era.This research adopts laboratory experiment method,selects enterprise labor productivity as the external change condition,takes the wage level paid by employers and employees’feedback as the outcome variables,and explores the influence of the wage system linked with enterprise labor productivity on employee income,enterprise profit and social efficiency.The experimental results show that:when the reproduction cost of labor is assumed to remain unchanged and socialist public ownership effectively overcomes widespread unemployment,the increase in social potential output brought by the improvement of enterprise labor productivity will create a wider reciprocal space for employers and employees.With the improvement of enterprise labor productivity,if employers can increase wages,they will get positive feedback from the improvement of employees’efforts,forming a benign mutual incentive between the two,and the social output,corporate profits and employee wages will increase simultaneously.Based on the empirical conclusions of this study,we believe that advocating or even establishing a wage system that links wages to enterprise labor productivity is of great significance for promoting my country’s current economic development and achieving the goal of common prosperity.
