摘 要:提出了一种复杂塑胶壳体解决应力开裂的分析方法,以某款摩托车仪表壳体为例,对二次注塑成型外壳长时间使用后开裂破损的原因进行分析,借助有限元分析得出应力分布状态,四氯化碳和冰醋酸极性溶剂浸渍法检验内应力,反复调整注射成型工艺,退火热处理消除内应力,高低温环境试验、耐振动试验等验证手段,总结了塑料制品应对环境应力开裂问题的解决思路和方法,并在生产实践对产品的结构设计和加工工艺进行优化,最终解决了应力开裂技术难题。An analysis method for solving stress cracking of a complex plastic shell was proposed.Taking a motorcycle instrument shell as an example,the reasons for the cracking and damage of the injection molded shell after long-term use were analyzed,and the stress distribution state was obtained by means of finite element analysis.Carbon tetrachloride and glacial acetic acid polar solvent immersion method was used to test internal stress.Repeating adjustment of injection molding process,annealing heat treatment to eliminate internal stress,high and low temperature environmental test,vibration resistance test and other verification methods were used to summarize the problem of plastic products'response to environmental stress cracking.The solution ideas and methods,and the structural design and processing technology of the product were optimized in production practice,and finally solved the technical problem of stress cracking.
