临沂市≥60岁人群精神疾病流行病学调查

摘　　要：目的:掌握临沂市60岁及以上人群中精神疾病的患病情况。方法:采用整体分层抽样的方法随机抽取样本,随机抽取5个县区13处乡镇、街道的13个村居,抽取2400名≥60岁人群作为调查对象。对调查人员进行认真培训,使用GHQ筛查表,对筛查高危、中危和部分低危者,依据《DSM-Ⅳ-TR轴Ⅰ障碍临床定式检查》(SCID-I/P)和简易智力状态检查检测量表(MMSE)作出精神障碍诊断。结果:2197人完成筛查和诊断,30日现患病率为21.16%,排在前4位的分别是焦虑障碍3.33%、心境障碍3.17%、酒精使用障碍2.04%、器质性障碍1.23%。结论:临沂市60岁及以上人群,精神障碍患病水平在逐渐升高,已经成为必须加强综合干预的公共卫生问题。Objective:To master the prevalence of mental illness in people aged 60 years and older in Linyi City.Methods:Using overall stratified sampling,13 villages in 13 towns and streets in 5 counties,and 2400 people aged 60 years as survey subjects.Investigators were carefully trained,using the GHQ screening form to screen high-risk,moderate and some low-risk patients,according to the DSM-TR Axis I disorder(SCID-I/P)and the Simple Mental State Examination Scale(MMSE).Results The 2197 people completed screening and diagnosis,and the prevalence rate was 21.16%.The top 4 were anxiety disorders 3.33%anxiety disorders,3.17%mood disorders,alcohol use disorders 2.04%,and 1.23%organic disorders.Conclusion The increasing level of mental disorders in people aged 60and above in Linyi city has become a public health problem that must strengthen comprehensive intervention.
