摘 要:经济困难大学生的发展关乎高等教育的质量与公平。运用大学生发展理论,以T大学为个案,自编问卷开展调查,分析高水平大学经济困难生的发展特征及影响因素。研究发现,虽然总体上经济困难生发展水平弱于普通生,但在学期间经济困难生一直呈追赶态势,并在毕业前获得与普通生相当的发展水平;社会结构、院校和个体能动多重因素影响其发展,其中高影响力教育活动和校园互动等院校因素是关键,学生投入等个体能动因素也有较强影响,而家庭经济社会地位等社会结构因素影响较弱。为促进经济困难生更好发展,国家应继续实施贫困地区专项招生计划,大学应坚持“公平而有质量”的价值导向并进一步完善帮扶举措。The development of low-income college students related to the fairness in the high-quality development of higher education.Using the development theories of college students and taking T University as a case,this study conducts a self-designed questionnaire to analyze the development characteristics and influencing factors of low-income students in high-level universities.The results show that although the overall development of the low-income students is significantly weaker than that of ordinary students,they keep catching up during their college years,and by graduation there is no longer any significant gap.The development of the low-income students is co-influenced by social structure,institutional influence and individual initiative,among which the influence of the institutions such as high-impact educational practices,teacher-student interaction and student-student interaction is crucial,that of individual initiative such as student investment is also important,and that of the social structure such as family socio-economic status is limited.To better promote the development of low-income students,this article proposes that the government continue to implement the special admission policies for poor areas,universities should adhere to value-oriented“fairness and quality”and improve the specific assistance measures.
