摘  要:思想政治理论课“一体多维”协同育人对落实立德树人具有重要作用。由于“一体多维”协同育人分属不同职能部门,具有主体多样性和层级多重性特征,导致实践中出现共识不足、制度缺陷、融合乏力等困境。治理理论强调多元参与和协商共治,为思想政治理论课“一体多维”协同育人提供学理支撑。必须树立整体观念,通过政策文本研读达到思想共识,加强教育引导促进思想认同,完善体制机制促进制度协同,搭建课程思政、网络、校园文化等多元阵地促进融合协同。Ideological and political theory course of“one body with many dimensions”collaborative education plays an important role in the implementation of moral education.Because“one body with many dimensions”collaborative education belongs to different functional departments,and has the characteristics of subject diversity and level multiplicity,there are some difficulties in practice,such as lack of consensus,institutional defects,lack of integration and so on.The governance theory emphasizes multiple participation and co-governance through consultation,which can provide theoretical support for“one body with many dimensions”collaborative education of ideological and political theory course.We must establish an overall concept,reach an ideological consensus through the study of policy texts,strengthen education and guidance,promote ideological identity,improve systems and mechanisms,promote institutional synergy,and build multiple fronts such as curriculum ideological and political education,network and campus culture to promote integration and synergy.
