摘 要:为了了解药学专业实习生对带教师资的期望、实习期望及升学需求,并制定相应带教师资管理办法,以纳入中南大学湘雅医院药学部拟开始实习的69名药学专业学生为研究对象,采用自编问卷的方式进行调查,采用频数和百分比等数据形式对调查结果进行描述性统计分析。结果表明,一半以上的实习生对带教师资的职称和是否为硕士研究生导师无明显要求,但均期望带教师资的学历为硕士以上,89.52%的实习生希望带教师资同时带教的学生人数≤2人,最希望学习的内容是临床药师临床实践(84.06%),后续期望能兼顾升学考试的学生占84.06%。参照上述调查结果制定了药学专业带教师资管理办法,研究发现,药学专业实习生对带教师资有一定期望值,在带教过程中应进一步加强带教师资的管理,提高带教师资的带教能力和责任感。In order to understand the expectations of pharmaceutical interns for teachers’qualifications,69 pharmaceutical students from the Pharmacy Department of Xiangya Hospital of Central South University are selected as the subjects of this study,and a self-made questionnaire is used to investigate.The results show that more than half of the interns have no obvious requirements for the title of teacher and whether they are masters’tutors or not,but all expect that the degree of teacher would be masters or above.89.52%of the interns hope that the number of students who would teach with teacher at the same time would be≤2.The most desired content to learn is clinical practice of clinical pharmacists(84.06%),and 84.06%of the students expect to take into account the entrance examination for further study.According to the above survey results,the management measures for teaching resources of pharmacy specialty are formulated.In the process of teaching,the management of teaching resources should be further strengthened to improve the teaching ability and sense of responsibility.
