摘 要:随着信息化教学和数字化病理技术的发展,虚拟切片在高校病理学实验教学中得到了广泛应用。但是因为病理实验教学经常与实际临床病理工作相互独立,且虚拟数字切片往往因为不能展示类似于显微镜微调所呈现的三维立体结构和折光性等特点,使教学效果受到了制约。为进一步优化教学方法,中南大学湘雅医院病理科/基础医学院病理学系利用教研室和临床病理融为一体的优势,依托团队前期已取得的优质教学资源,经过持续应用“虚拟仿真+临床实训”模式,并融入课程思政教育,从而使病理实验教学质量得到了进一步的提升。With the development of information-based teaching and digital pathology technology,virtual sections have been used in more and more pathology laboratory teaching in colleges and universities.However,most pathology experimental teaching is often independent of actual clinical pathology work,and virtual digital sections often cannot show the characteristics of three-dimensional structure and refractive properties similar to those presented by microscopic fine-tuning.As a result,students cannot well understand and master the pathological characteristics of relevant diseases.In order to remove the above bottlenecks,Department of Pathology and the Department of Pathology of Basic Medicine School,Xiangya Hospital,Central South University have taken advantage of the integration of teaching and research and clinical pathology,the quality teaching resources obtained by the team in the early stage,and the continuous application of“virtual simulation+clinical training”model,and the ideological and political education in experimental pathology teaching.And the quality of pathology experimental teaching has been further improved.
