摘  要:新生研讨课是专门面向大一新生开设的小班研讨类课程,聚焦学生高中与大学衔接的关键阶段,其发挥的适应性转变和学术性转变的功能在国内高校得到了广泛认可。东北师范大学自2017年起开展新生研讨课建设,倡导注重过程的探究教育,着力开展启发式、讨论式、探究式和参与式教学,注重初步激发学生基于兴趣的内生动力,让学生主动探究未知世界,体验创造的乐趣,对新时代高等师范院校努力造就一批具有创新意识、创新能力和创新习惯的优秀师资的培养目标起到支撑作用。The freshman seminar is a small class seminar course specially opened for freshmen,which focuses on the key stages of students’connection between high school and college education.The functions of adaptive transformation and academic transformation are widely recognized.Northeastern Normal University has opened seminars for freshmen since 2017.It advocates process-oriented inquiry education,focuses on heuristic,discussion,inquiry and participatory teaching,focuses on initially stimulating students’endogenous motivation based on interest,enables students to actively explore the unknown world and experience the fun of creation,and plays a supporting role in the training goal of normal colleges and universities in the new era to create a group of excellent teachers with innovation awareness,innovation ability and innovation habit.
