师范院校大学生思想政治教育探究——以忻州师范学院为例

摘　　要：随着时代的发展,各种思潮的交相激荡,国家对高校思想政治教育工作极为重视。在各类高校中,师范院校肩负着为国家培养优质教师的重要使命,关系着祖国下一代的发展。首先介绍师范院校大学生思想政治教育对国家、社会、院校的重要作用,进而从男女比例、生源比例、职业目标、职业道德四个方面分析当前师范院校大学生思想状况,并从院校、各系、教师、学生自我等方面提出建议,希望形成合力,共同致力于加强师范院校大学生思想政治工作,培养具有高尚师德、良好品德、知识丰富的未来教师。With the development of the times and the interaction of various thoughts,the state attaches great importance to ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Teachers colleges and universities shoulder the important mission of training high-quality teachers for the country,which is related to the development of the next generation of the motherland.Firstly,this paper introduces the important role of ideological and political education of college students in teachers colleges and universities to the country and society,and then analyzes the current ideological situation of college students in teachers colleges and universities from four aspects:the ratio of male to female,the ratio of students,career goals and professional ethics,and puts forward suggestions from colleges,departments,teachers and students themselves,and we hope to work together to strengthen ideological and political work of college students in teachers colleges and universities and cultivate future teachers with noble morality,good moral character and rich knowledge.
