摘　　要：随着科学技术的不断发展,教育领域也出现了更多教学模式的创新和改革。虚拟仿真实验室能够为学生提供更加真实的模拟环境,有利于提高实验教学的效率和质量。本文将对虚拟仿真实验室进行简单概述,分析虚拟仿真实验室在教学中的作用和特点,以企业经营管理沙盘实训课为例探讨虚拟仿真实验室的创新性实验教学改革方向,以供参考。With the continuous development of science and technology,more innovations and reforms of teaching modes have appeared in the field of education.The virtual simulation laboratory can provide students with a more realistic simulation environment,which is beneficial to improve the efficiency and quality of experimental teaching.This article will give a brief overview of the virtual simulation laboratory,analyze the role and characteristics of the virtual simulation laboratory in teaching,and discuss the innovative experimental teaching reform direction of the virtual simulation laboratory by taking the sand table training course of enterprise operation and management as an example,for reference.
