摘 要:为了实现异形曲面的精确测量,利用激光扫描系统非接触扫描测量方法,以三坐标测量机为系统平台,结合激光扫描头和坐标测量机的优点,基于激光三角理论分析,采用样条函数逼近构建曲线和曲面,针对被测件进行了测量路径规划和模型构建,并形成误差比较图,实现方便、快速和可靠的异形曲面高精度测量与分析评估,可应用于多种复杂曲面零件的测量和质量控制,结果表示系统相对不确定度小于0.1%,具有较高的测量精度,其为异形曲面的精密测量提供了有效测量方法。In order to achieve precision measurement of free surface, the method of non-contact scanning measuring laser scanning system is adopted. The three coordinate measuring machine(CMM) is used as the system platform. The advantages of laser scanning head and CMM are fully combined. Based on the theories of laser triangulation and surface fitting, curve and surface are approximated and constructed by spline function, and the measurement path planning and model construction are carried out for the measured parts, and the error comparison models are formed. The convenient and reliable high-precision measurement and evaluation analysis of free surfaces are completed, and it can be applied to the measurement and quality control of various complex surface parts. The result shows that the relative uncertainty of the measuring system is less than 0.1%. It has high measurement accuracy and provides an effective measurement method for precision measurement of free surface.
