摘　　要：在口腔全科住院医师规范化培训中,口腔黏膜科轮转时间仅1个月,易被忽视,但对后期临床工作不可或缺.通过总结口腔全科住院医师规范化培训中口腔黏膜科的教学经验,结合培养对象,从临床工作中的需要出发,制定明确的培养目标及适合口腔黏膜科规培生的培训与考核方案,辅以多学科的交叉诊疗,培养口腔全科规培医师扎实的口腔黏膜疾病的诊疗能力,满足社会对口腔黏膜常见病、多发病的临床诊疗的需求.In the standardized training of general stomatology residents,the whole period in Oral Mucosa Department is only one month,easy to be ignored,but indispensable for later clinical work.This paper summarizes the experience of oral mucosa teaching in the standardized training of general stomatology residents.Combined with the training objects and starting from the needs of clinical work,this paper also formulates clear training objectives as well as training assessment scheme suitable for the residents in Oral Mucosa Department,which is supplemented by interdisciplinary diagnosis and treatment,intended to cultivate the solid diagnosis and treatment ability of general stomatology residents,as to meet the social needs for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of common oral mucosal diseases.
