摘　　要：电子高校运行的刚性程序化与模式化为高校运行提供了技术保障,但电子高校是基于Web的数字高校,倘若对其技术程式监管不到位,高校信息处置效果将更难以把握。因此,Web高校信息处置监督制度应同时规制信息有效处置的技术与人为特征。分析了现有高校信息处置监督制度的不足,提出了Web高校信息处置监督制度的改进设想。The rigid routinization and modelization of the operation of electronic colleges and universities provides technical support for the operation of colleges and universities.However,electronic colleges and universities are digitized based on the Web.If the supervision of their technical programs is imperfect,the effect of information disposal of colleges and universities will be more difficult to grasp.Therefore,the supervision system of information disposal in colleges and universities based on Web should regulate both the technical and artificial characteristics of effective information disposal.This paper analyzes the shortcomings of the existing information disposal and supervision system in colleges and universities,and puts forward the idea of improving the information disposal and supervision system in Web colleges and universities.
