三维教学工作坊与行动课堂的教学改革实践探索

摘　　要：写作是高等院校本科生应该具备的核心素养之一。思维与写作是面向许昌学院本科生开设的通识类选修课程。课程内容的组织摆脱章节式的传统知识体系,全新构建以能力目标实现为核心的专题化课程内容。构建一种全新的课堂“生态”环境,改变传统授课方式,基于三维教学工作坊,采用混合式教学与行动课堂的教学模式,建立新型教与学的双向互动关系。通过课程的持续改革与组织实施,将大力推进多元立体的通识写作课程建设,对写作课程模块进行深入研究和改革。可以使学生能够在写作中灵活运用思维导图等思维工具,掌握金字塔原理为核心的结构化写作方法。而且能够在写作前使用5W2H原则分析问题,使用金字塔原理搭建写作结构,运用MECE原则充实写作内容。此外,培养学生应具备积极面对问题、善于思考和解决问题的态度,能够自信、开放、积极学习、实现自我突破。课程建设的创新成果同时也适用于其他通识类课程,在其他文科领域也具有普遍适用性。Writing is one of the core qualities that the college students should possess.Thinking and Writingis a general education elective course for undergraduates of Xuchang University.The organization of the course content gets rid of the chapter-based traditional knowledge system,and newly builds the thematic course content with the realization of the ability goal as the core.We have built a brand-new classroom"ecological"environment and changed the traditional teaching methods.Based on the three-dimensional teaching workshop,we adopted the teaching mode of blended teaching and action classroom,and established a new two-way interactive relationship between teaching and learning.Through continuous curriculum reform and implementation,we will vigorously promote the construction of a multi-dimensional general writing curriculum.We will conduct in-depth research and reform of writing curriculum modules.It allows students to use thinking tools(such as mind maps,etc.)flexibly in writing,and master the structured writing method with the pyramid principle as the core.And the students can be able to use the 5W2H principle to analyze problems before writing,use the pyramid principle to build the writing structure,and use the MECE principle to enrich the writing content.In addition,the students should be able to develop an attitude of positively facing problems,good at thinking about and solving problems,being able to be confident,open,learn actively,and achieve self-breakthrough.The innovative results of curriculum construction are also applicable to other general education courses,and have universal applicability in other liberal arts fields.
