高校教师党支部“6+7”工作机制助推党建与业务双核驱动--以东南大学为例

摘　　要：加强教师党支部建设是新时代高校基层党组织建设的重要内容。文章以问卷调查的形式调研东南大学教师党支部工作现状,对标“十四五”发展规划,制定并完善支部工作考核指标体系,探索党建和业务“6+7”工作机制,使党的政治建设、思想建设、组织建设、作风建设、纪律建设、制度建设六个维度,与业务工作的学科建设、人才培养、师资引育、科学研究、文化传承、社会服务、综合治理七个方面深度融合,全面发挥党组织在基层单位的政治核心和领导核心作用。In the new era,strengthening the construction of teachers'party branch in universities is an important content of the construction of the grass-roots party organization.This research studied on teachers'party branch work status quo of Southeast University with a questionnaire survey,referring to the"fourteenth five-year"plan and exploring working mechanism of"6+7",facilitating party building deeply integrated with disciplinary construction,talent cultivation,teaching staff construction,scientific research,cultural inheritance,social services and comprehensive governance,giving full play to the role of party organizations as the political and leadership core in community-level units.
