摘　　要：职业教育集团是职业院校、行业企业等为实现资源共享、优势互补、合作发展而组建的教育团体,是近年来我国加快职业教育办学机制改革的重要模式。《法治安徽建设规划(2021—2025年)》明确提出,要依托安徽警官职业学院建设全省法治人才教育培训基地。安徽省《贯彻落实新时代法治人才培养规划(2021—2025年)具体举措及责任分解》明确提出,要加强适应职业特点的法治人才在职培养。安徽司法职业教育集团,应坚持问题导向,摸清社会需求;坚持目标导向,规范培养标准;坚持效果导向,明晰服务路径;坚持结果导向,提升保障质效。Vocational education group is an educational organization established by vocational college,in⁃dustry enterprises to achieve resource sharing and cooperative development.It is an important model of the reform of the school mechanism for vocational education in recent years.“The Law-based Anhui Construc⁃tion Plan(2021-2025)”clearly put forward to build the provincial law talents training base rely on An⁃hui Vocational College of Police Officers.And Anhui’s Implementation of the Specific Measures and Re⁃sponsibility Decomposition of the Rule of Law Talents in the New Era(2021-2025)clearly put forward to strengthen the training of the rule of law talents to adapt to the occupational characteristics.Therefore,An⁃hui Judicial Vocational Education Group should adhere to the problem-orientation to find social needs;ad⁃here to the target orientation to standardize training standards;adhere to the effect orientation to clarify ser⁃vice path;and adhere to the lead orientation to improve the quality of protection.
