摘　　要：目的探究自锁托槽矫治器在儿童牙颌畸形矫正治疗中的应用效果,以及对患儿美观度的影响。方法择选2019年8月—2020年8月,选择在枣庄市口腔医院接收治疗的80例牙颌畸形患儿为研究对象,进行随机分组,分别设定为研究组和对照组。其中,对照组患儿行传统托槽矫治器治疗方案,研究组患儿行自锁托槽矫治器治疗方案。两组患儿治疗周期相等,治疗后分别就两组患儿的临床疗效、疼痛评分、美观效果等进行对比。结果研究组患儿的治疗有效率为95.0%,矫治后1周的疼痛评分为(1.61±0.42)分,美观率为95.0%,而对照组的治疗有效仅为80.0%,矫治后1周的疼痛评分为(3.58±1.02)分,美观率仅有77.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在儿童牙颌畸形矫正治疗中,给予患儿自锁托槽矫治器治疗,可进一步提高治疗效果,减轻患儿疼痛,提高患儿依从度和治疗后的美观度,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the application effect of self-locking bracket orthodontic device in the treatment of children's dental and maxillofacial deformity and its influence on the aesthetic degree of children.Methods From August 2019 to August 2020,a total of 80 children with dental and maxillofacial deformities admitted to Zaozhuang Stomatological Hospital were selected as study subjects.They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group.Among them,the children in the control group were treated with the traditional bracket appliance treatment plan,and the children in the study group were treated with the self-locking bracket appliance treatment plan.The treatment cycles of the two groups were equal,and the clinical efficacy,pain scores,and aesthetic effects of the two groups were compared after treatment.Results In the study group,the effective rate of treatment was 95.0%,the pain score of 1 week after correction was(1.61±0.42)points,and the aesthetic rate was 95.0%,while in the control group,the effective rate of treatment was only 80.0%,the pain score of 1 week after correction was(3.58±1.02)points,and the aesthetic rate was only 77.5%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the orthodontic treatment of children with dental and maxillofacial malformations,the self-locking bracket can be used to further improve the therapeutic effect,alleviate the pain of children,and improve patient compliance and post-treatment aesthetics,which has high clinical application value.
