光固化流体树脂预防性充填和普通窝沟封闭术的效果对比

摘　　要：目的探讨对窝沟封闭患者分别采用光固化流体树脂预防性充填以及普通窝沟封闭术进行治疗后获得临床效果。方法选取2017年1月1日—2018年12月31日收治的100例窝沟封闭治疗患者进行治疗研究;随机分为参照组(于左下颌第一磨牙选择传统窝沟封闭术进行治疗)和试验组(于右下颌第一磨牙选择光固化流体树脂实施预防性充填治疗),各50例;比较两组患者不同时期修复体成功率。结果试验组3个月成功50例(100%),1年成功46例(92.00%),2年成功40例(80.00%);参照组3个月成功48例(96.00%),1年成功40例(80.00%),2年成功24例(48.00%);试验组3个月以及1年修复体成功率同参照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组2年修复成功率(80.00%)高于参照组(48.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论光固化流体树脂预防性充填方法有效应用后,同普通窝沟封闭术比较,可将2年后修复体成功率显著提高,可促进窝沟封闭治疗患者总预后水平显著提高。Objective To explore the clinical effect of the treatment of patients with fossa and fissure sealing by photocurable fluid resin prophylactic filling and ordinary fossa and fissure sealing respectively.Methods A total of 100 patients treated with fossa and fissure sealing from January 1,2017 to December 31,2018 were selected for the study.They were randomly divided into a reference group(traditional pit and fissure sealing was performed on the left mandibular first molar)and an experimental group(prophylactic filling with light-cured fluid resin on the right mandibular first molar),50 cases in each.The success rate of prostheses in different periods was compared between the two groups.Results In the experimental group,50 cases(100%)were successful in 3 months,46 cases(92.00%)in 1 year,and 40 cases(80.00%)in 2 years.In the control group,48 cases(96.00%)were successful in 3 months,40 cases(80.00%)in 1 year,and 24 cases(48.00%)in 2 years.There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the reference group in the success rate of prosthesis at 3 months and 1 year(P>0.05).The 2-year success rate of the experimental group(80.00%)was higher than that of the control group(48.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effective application of photocurable fluid resin prophylactic filling method can significantly improve the success rate of prosthesis after 2 years,and promote the overall prognosis of patients treated with fossa and fissure sealing com pared with conventional fossa and fissure sealing.
