摘 要:为了初步筛选尼群地平(NTD)栓剂基质的最佳处方,本文通过观察不同种类的基质和表面活性剂制备NTD栓剂的外观及其重量差异限度、融变时限和溶出度等的测定对其进行质量评价,并利用UV测定单枚栓剂平均药物含量。结果显示以甘油明胶为基质、泊洛沙姆为表面活性剂制备NTD栓剂时,NTD在8 h内累积溶出度为79%,且在外观、重量差异限度和融变时限等三方面均符合质量评价要求,为NTD栓剂初步研究提供了实验参考。In order to qualify the best prescription of nitrendipine(NTD)suppository matrix was selected preliminarily,and the quality evaluation,NTD suppositories were prepared with different kinds of matrix and surfactant.The quality of suppositories was evaluated by observing the appearance,weight difference limit,melting time limit and dissolution,and the average drug content of single suppository was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.When NTD suppositories were prepared with glycerin gelatin as the matrix and poloxamer as the surfactant,the cumulative dissolution of NTD was the highest in unit time,and reached 79%in 8 hours.The result showed the good quality evaluation requirements in appearance,weight difference limit and melting time limit and it provided a preliminary scientific experimental basis for the preparation and quality control of NTD suppositories.
