油田回注污水对管线腐蚀性研究

摘　　要：针对陕北某区块高矿化度的油田污水回注地层对注水管网腐蚀严重的实际情况,对导致管网腐蚀的原因做系统性研究,为解决注水管网的防腐方案提供参考。通过对回注污水、地层水水质做系统分析、静态腐蚀挂片实验,采用带能谱分析的扫描电镜对腐蚀挂片进行形貌及能谱分析,探究导致腐蚀的根本原因,有针对性的提出可行性治理方案。High mineralization of the oil field sewage in the northern of Shaanxi province can serious corrosion the water pipes on the way of backfill.The cause of pipe corrosion was systematic studied,finding the way for preventing the water pipes which can t be corroded.Through the analysis of sewage and formation water,static corrosion coupon experiment was studied.The samples were analyzed with morphology and energy spectrum by SEM,the cause of corrosion was fourd,the feasibility of governance programs was put forward.
