摘 要:为解决树脂表面金属化问题,金属化之前要对树脂进行一定程度的表面处理。采用湿法化学改性处理法对环氧树脂(EP)基材进行表面改性,利用场发射扫描电镜、原子力显微镜、视频光学接触角测量仪和90°剥离法,研究EP基材经过不同Na_(4)P_(2)O_(7)含量的MnO_(2)-H_(2)SO_(4)-H_(2)O-Na_(4)P_(2)O_(7)体系改性不同时间后EP基材的表面性能,获得合理的EP基材改性条件。结果表明:在改性温度为60℃,V_(H2SO4)∶V_(H2O)=3∶1,Na_(4)P_(2)O_(7)含量为30 g/L的改性处理条件下,改性处理20 min,EP基材表面出现大量的微小孔洞,孔的大小比较匀称,孔的深度适中,表面粗糙程度增大,表面亲水性能增强,这种凹凸不平和强亲水性能的表面,有利于化学镀过程中金属颗粒的沉积,提高镀膜的粘结性,最大粘结强度达到7.35 N/cm,改性效果比较理想。A certain degree of surface treatment on the resin was very important before metallization in order to solve the problem of metallization of resin surface.In this work,the MnO_(2)-H_(2)SO_(4)-H_(2)O Na_(4)P_(2)O_(7) system was used as the surface modification system for epoxy resin substrate(EP).Effects of the content of sodium pyrophosphate and surface modification time upon the surface morphology,sur‐face roughness,and adhesion strength of epoxy resin substrate were studied,by observing field emis‐sion scanning electron microscopy(SEM),video optical contact angle measuring instrument,and the 90-degree stripping measurement.The results showed that the hydrophilicity,surface roughness and the adhesion strength of EP substrate were increased by a wide margin after the surface modification.And the reasonable modification condition was that the modification temperature was 60℃,V_(H2SO4)∶V_(H2O)=3∶1,the sodium pyrophosphate content in the modification system was 30 g/L,and the modification time was 20 minutes.In addition,the adhesion strength between the epoxy resin substrate and copper plating reached 7.35 N/cm.Therefore,the system of MnO_(2)-H_(2)SO_(4)-H_(2)O-Na_(4)P_(2)O_(7) was a new environmentally friendly system for EP surface modification.
