摘  要:受传统教学模式的影响,商务谈判与礼仪课程依然采取以教师为主体的教学方式,教师主要负责知识的传授,而学生则主要是理论知识的接受者,因而学生的探究能力、创新能力和应用能力较差,学生对传统的商务谈判与礼仪教学体系满意度较低,有必要为此设计一种基于翻转课堂的混合教学模式的教学体系。实践证明,在该教学模式下学生探究能力、创新能力、应用能力和课堂获得感明显提升,因此该课程教学体系具有一定的应用价值。Under the traditional teaching system of business negotiation and etiquette,teachers are the main body of classroom teaching,and students'subjectivity is not fully exerted,resulting in poor students'ability to exploration,innovation and application ability,and students are not satisfied with the traditional teaching system of business negotiation and etiquette.For this reason,a teaching system based on the mixed teaching mode of flipped classroom is designed.Practical analysis proves that after the application of the mixed teaching mode of flipped classroom,students'exploration ability,innovation ability,and application ability are improved,and students'satisfaction in the classroom is significantly improved.So the teaching system has practical application significance.
