摘 要:[目的]探索珍珠鸡、康乐鸡的富硒养殖模式。[方法]通过人工种植牧草苎麻经亚硒酸钠溶液进行叶面喷洒处理,参试鸡除饲喂相同的鸡饲料外,分别采食经喷洒亚硒酸钠溶液及未喷洒亚硒酸钠溶液的苎麻,饲喂苎麻8周(29周龄)后,分别测定珍珠鸡和康乐鸡的鸡肉、鸡蛋、鸡肝中的硒含量。[结果]喷洒亚硒酸钠溶液后,苎麻茎、叶中硒含量显著提高;喂饲喷洒了亚硒酸钠溶液的苎麻后,珍珠鸡中肉、蛋的硒含量比对照组分别提高了66.67%、37.5%,差异显著;康乐鸡中肉、蛋的硒含量比对照组分别提高了31.25%、34.62%,差异显著;但珍珠鸡、康乐鸡肝中硒含量与对照组相比差异不显著。[结论]通过食物链中苎麻的物质传导作用可以提高珍珠鸡、康乐鸡对硒的富集能力。[Objectives] In order to explore the selenium enriched breeding mode of guinea fowl and Kangle chicken,ramie was artificially planted and sprayed with sodium selenite solution.[Methods] In addition to feeding the same chicken feed,the participating chickens were fed ramie sprayed with sodium selenite solution or without sodium selenite solution respectively.After feeding ramie for 8 weeks(29 weeks of age),the selenium content in meat,eggs and liver of the test subjects were determined.[Results] Selenium content in ramie stem and leaf was significantly increased after spraying sodium selenite solution.After feeding ramie with sodium selenite solution,the selenium contents in meat and eggs of guinea fowls were increased by 66.67% and 37.5% compared with the control group respectively.The difference is significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the selenium content in meat and eggs of Kangle chickens was increased by 31.25% and 34.62% respectively.The difference is significant,too(P<0.05).But there is no significant difference in selenium content in liver of guinea fowl and Kangle chicken compared with control group(P>0.05).[Conclusions] The material conduction of ramie could improve the selenium enrichment ability of guinea fowl and Kangle chicken.
