摘　　要：[目的]为解决云南省蒙自市干热河谷地区优质牧草选种问题,促进当地草食畜牧业高质量发展。[方法]选择不同地理、气候条件的多块样地,进行引种、栽培臂形草新品种—MulatoⅡ试验,并对其生长进行长期观测。[结果]MulatoⅡ具有极强的耐旱、耐贫瘠、耐酸、耐践踏、抗本地草侵害等特性,常年青绿,生长速度快,产草量高,蛋白含量高,可以多种方式栽种,基本无病虫害。[结论]MulatoⅡ适合在热带亚热带海拔为300-1737 m地区栽培,可作为受干热河谷焚风效应影响严重地区的优选牧草和生态保护用草。[Objectives] To solve the seed selection problem of high quality herbage in the dry-hot valley of Mengzi City,Yunnan Province,and promote the high quality development of herbivorous animal husbandry.[Methods] Mulato Ⅱ was introduced and cultivated in several plots with different geographical and climatic conditions,and its growth was observed for a long time.[Results] Mulato Ⅱ has strong drought resistance,resistance to infertility,acid resistance,trampling resistance,resistance to local grass invasion and other characteristics,green all the year round,fast growth,high grass yield,high protein content,can be planted in a variety of ways,basically no disease and insect pests.[Conclusions]MulatoⅡ is suitable for cultivation in tropical and subtropical areas with altitudes from 300 to 1 737 m,and can be used as the preferred forage and ecological protection grass in areas seriously affected by the foehn effect in the dryhot valley.
