摘　　要：当今世界全球化背景下,越来越多的人以出国旅游、外派劳务、国际贸易等方式走向世界各国,这部分“走出去成人”在新的发展形势下应具备何种素养,怎样帮助其实现国际素养的提升,并能在海外更好地生活,是当下我国成人教育面临的新问题。本文立足于国际社会发展情况,分析公民应该具备怎样的国际化素养,分析当前“走出去成人”国际化素养现状,明确当前其国际化素养存在的共性问题,加强在全球化背景下“走出去成人”的国际化素养教育,探索其国际化素养的提升路径。Under the background of globalization in the world, more and more people are going to all countries in the world by means of overseas tourism, dispatch of labor services, international trade and so on. What kind of literacy this part of “grown-ups going out” should have in the new development situation, how to help them achieve the improvement of international literacy, and how to better live at overseas are the new problems facing Chinese adult education. Based on the development of the international society, this paper analyzes what kind of international literacy citizens should have, analyzes the current situation of international literacy of “grown-ups going out” under the background of globalization, clarify the common problems existing in the current international literacy, strengthen international literacy education for “grow-ups going out” in the context of globalization, and explores the promotion path of international literacy.
