摘  要:为了深入了解缺铁胁迫对藻类光合作用的影响,本文归纳了铁在光合电子传递链中的重要作用,总结了铁缺乏对藻类光合原件的破坏作用以及藻类的光合响应机制。围绕光合电子传递链,对容易受到铁缺乏影响的叶绿素、光系统、捕光天线等光合元件进行了归纳总结。研究得出,缺铁胁迫严重破坏藻类叶绿素的生物合成,影响光系统I(PSI)、光系统II(PSII)及其外周捕光天线的含量、活性和蛋白稳定性。藻类通过在光系统周围产生新的铁诱导蛋白或功能替代蛋白,调整光系统与捕光天线之间的结构与功能,应对缺铁胁迫。In order to deep understand the effect of iron deficiency stress on photosynthesis in algae,the authors summarized the important role of iron in photosynthetic electron transport chain,and concluded the destruction effect of iron deficiency on photosynthetic elements and the photosynthetic response mechanism of algae.Focused on the photosynthetic electron transport chain,the photosynthetic elements which were easily affected by iron deficiency,such as chlorophylls,photosystems and light-harvesting antennas,were summarized.This study concluded that iron deficiency stress could severely damage chlorophyll biosynthesis and affect the contents,activity and protein stability of photosystem I(PSI),photosystem II(PSII)and their peripheral light-harvesting antennas in algae.Algae can adjust the structure and function between the photosystems and their peripheral light-harvesting antennas by generating new iron-inducible proteins or functional replacement proteins around PSI/PSII to cope with iron deficiency stress.
